We welcome adult volunteers of sound mind and good moral character who live our core values: honor, respect, commitment, and service. Whether you have a military background, love working with youth, or want to give back to your community, there’s a role for you—no matter your schedule.
Lead & Mentor
Guide cadets and help them grow through hands-on leadership and skills training. Requires a regular monthly commitment.
Share Your Talents
Teach skills in seamanship, fitness, navigation—whatever you excel at. Can be a one-time guest speaker or more, depending on your schedule.
Support the Mission
Assist with recruiting, logistics, administration, event planning, or fundraising—every skill matters. Many of these tasks can be completed at home, in your free time, using just a computer and phone.
